It is that time of year when Employment Equity reports are submitted. Employment Equity manual reporting submissions closed on the 1st of October, but EE online reporting is still open and closes on the 15th of January.

A designated employer must submit a report to the Director-General annually on the first working day of October using EEA2 and EEA4 forms, forms are downloaded from the Department of Employment and Labour website.

Employers who have previously submitted an EE report are not required to register however a username and password is required. A reminder letter to the CEO and assigned EE manager is forwarded annually with instructions regarding the username & password. Employers must update email addresses in order to receive the activation link.

An employer who forgot their password or did not receive the reminder letter, can click on forgot password link on the EE reporting login page.

Please note the rules for acceptable passwords: alphanumeric, more than 7 characters, 1 special character. Newly designated employer(s) may register online if the employer has never submitted an EE report.

Complete all sections of EEA2 & EEA4 forms once logged inPress submit button (no changes allowed after submission).Copy of the EEA2 & EEA4 forms including acknowledgement letter will be forwarded to the CEO and EE Manager after the submission goes through.
