Course Objective:
Lack of leadership is one of the biggest downfalls in companies according to recent studies. Through this highly interactive program we will lay the platform of understanding as well as sharing practical skills. Each participant will discover what their current leadership style and capacity is before providing the leadership skills and tools needed to build on their own skills

  • Assertive Leadership
  • Creating Leaders
  • Aligning the Team to the Organisation
  • How to plan and organise in line with Company Objectives
  • Affirmation
