The ICT Sector Council has listed the following points;

Where the Amended B-BBEE ICT Sector Code is silent on certain provisions, the provisions of the Amended B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice (Government Gazette No. 36928 dated 11 October 2013 as amended) shall take precedence.

Eligibility as a Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE) applies to the amended B-BBEE ICT sector codes.
