MISSED THE EMPLOYMENT EQUITY REPORTING DEADLINE?

There are unfortunately many companies who miss the Employment Equity reporting deadline in January each year.  Once the deadline has passed reports cannot be submitted, the system cannot be accessed at all until September of the same year.  It is consequently not advisable to miss the deadline.

Designated Employers should, however, remember that reporting only makes up about 10% of their Employment Equity Compliance duty.

Skills Development Reports (Workplace Skills Plan, Annual Training Report, Pivotal Training Plan & Report) are now required from your company for submission to your SETA by 30th April 2018, no late submissions will be accepted by your SETA.
